The actress Carolina Dieckmann 46, used social media this Monday (20), to answer some questions asked by followers. In one of them, he even talked about the weight loss process he went through last year.

“Every photo I post people talk about. I don’t like the idea of ​​hitting back, I like the idea of ​​talking,” she said in Instagram stories. “I have no problem talking about it. Because losing weight through my work gives me a lot of pleasure, seeing that my body responds to my desires and the things I choose to play a role in.”

“I made a film in July where I thought the character, her emotional exhaustion, would be good if this also had a physical response. I fasted very hard to do, but with medical supervision, with tests, replacing vitamins that I couldn’t get through food, I I ate once a day,” clarified the star.

“I’m not going to say much about why what I do isn’t for everyone.”

Even though she has finished recording the film, Dieckmann said she doesn’t worry about changing her weight, since, according to her, her weight has been “stabilized” for months, even though she eats more and isn’t on a diet.

Recently, when posting a series of bikini photos, Dieckmann commented on criticism about her body. Some users wrote about her being “too thin.” Others even called the artist anorexic.

“Let me tell you something, I’m very healthy, very happy,” she said. “I don’t even know if when I finish recording I’ll want to change my body because I’m feeling really good, full of muscles and energy.

“There are so many problems in the world, so many people needing help, so you keep inventing illnesses where there are none,” she concluded.
