I Wanna Be Tour Festival announces 2nd edition for 2025; see how to buy

The emo and pop punk tour I Wanna Be Tour announced, this Wednesday (17), the second edition of the festival for 2025. The event will pass through two cities in Brazil on two dates: February 15th in Curitiba, and February 22, in São Paulo. The first ticket sales will begin on Thursday (18), from 12pm.

The festival’s attractions have not yet been announced. According to Caio Jacob, vice president of Global Touring & Festivals, the second edition will be marked by bands that have never come to Brazil and some that have not been in the country for a long time . “In addition to the national representatives, who are essential for the nostalgic atmosphere we seek,” he adds.

“Our intention is for this brand, as well as the event, to always be evolving, so we will have an improved version for next year. We listened to the public on several points, including curation.”

The first edition of the I Wanna Be Tour took place over five dates in March of this year and brought together a total audience of 150,000 people. Bands such as Simple Plan, A Day To Remember, The All-American Rejects, NX Zero and Fresno were some of the bands that were present at the festival’s debut.

The first tickets to be sold, the so-called “early bird” tickets, will go on sale this week. Those who attended the 2024 edition will be able to purchase them from 12 pm on Thursday (18). To do so, you must use the special code that will be sent to the email registered on the official sales website, Eventim.

To access the early bird sale without being a 2024 buyer, you must register on official event website and use the code sent by email to make the purchase on Friday (19), also from 12pm.
