Ibirapuera Park, in São Paulo, wins a Brazilian food restaurant

On the 22nd, São Paulo wins a new gastronomic address that has everything to become a hot spot.

in the center of Ibirapuera Park, the wild restaurant will have a menu with dishes of Brazilian flavors developed by the chef Filipe Leitewhich has passed through La Frontera and Jacarandá, both in São Paulo.

At the head of the business are the partners Leo Sanchez, Eduardo Vitale and the chef Marcelo Correa Bastosfrom Paraná who signs the menu of Sao Paulo viewon the roof of the USP Museum of Contemporary Art (MAC), as well as the Jiquitaia and Lobozó restaurants.

The bar is run by the mixologist Jairo Gama, which promises to deliver a cocktail list with the theme ‘The Wild Side of Biomes’, in which you will explore national flavors such as cambuci, taperebá or bacuri. “Everything was designed to be sustainable, making the most of each ingredient, avoiding discarding any input”, says the professional.

In the form of an open terrace, the hall has 540 square meters and was designed to integrate with the local green. The ambiance follows the same line, with furniture built with the wood of fallen trees from the park itself. On one side, parallel to the reforested wooden deck, there is a small lake that will bring even more the feeling of being in the middle of the forest.

Located at Portão 5, at Av. Quarto Centenário, 452, the house will have a specific exit to serve its customers.
