The Board of Directors of the Company intends to propose to the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders the non-payment of dividends for the fiscal year 2021 and instead to propose the increase of the share capital of the Company, by capitalization from the account “Difference for Premium ”, Amounting to € 2,203,268.13 with an increase of the nominal value of the share by € 0.07 (from € 0.40 to € 0.47 per share) and the equivalent reduction of the share capital by € 2,203,268.13 with reduction of the nominal value of the share by € 0.07 (from € 0.47 to € 0.40 per share) and the return of the capital by cash payment to the shareholders, € 0.07 per share.
The above are subject to the approval of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting that will be convened on June 23, 2022.
