If (when) Xiaomi copies iPhone 14 Pro interactive cutout, it will be like this

Information about the new cutouts in the display of the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max appeared long before the presentation of the smartphones themselves, but Apple surprised everyone: these are not static holes in the display, iOS deftly beats the new notches, displaying useful information on the sides of them (and between them) – the concept even received the marketing name Dynamic Island. One of the Chinese enthusiasts presented what would be the implementation of a similar option in MIUI if Xiaomi copied it.

The concept shows the same logic and similar animations as in iOS – only they are built around a circular dotted cutout for one camera in the center, and not a sensor block.

  • To the point: The bangs on the iPhone were hated, but on the iPhone 14 Pro, they are perfect. The idea will be copied to Android

The likelihood that Xiaomi will be inspired by Apple’s Dynamic Island is small, but still there. In the past, the company has repeatedly implemented solutions similar to the tools in iOS in MIUI. One recent example is the gesture strip navigation instead of buttons.
