No musicians improvising on Zoom from their bedrooms, but excited artists on a fabulous stage – that of the historic Alcatraz in Milan – and the sounds of those you haven’t heard for quite a while. Nothing strange is the series of live and live streaming interviews from Milan that rekindles music where it has been turned off for too long.
The complete series of Nothing Strange is available on the YouTube channel of buddybank, UniCredit bank model designed exclusively for smartphone, which created this project together with TIDAL. He did it – in unsuspecting time – to prove that Italian music is rocking and we cannot do without it.

Nothing strange it is not only a space for big names, but also the stage of opportunities and affirmation for emerging artists, all selected for lovers of good music.

1. The Psychologists duo
Strange but true, they have not passed from a talent, and for this you can already love them. Vintage 2001, they define themselves as a “duo frecciarossa”, one from Rome and the other from Naples. Their pre-pandemic tune, Diploma, today it sounds like a prophecy: dreams behind a hundred plexiglass showcases / Hypochondriac, coughs / Rich and poor end up in the same pits. 4. Voodoo Kid

5. Bais
The name of the 27-year-old who grew up in the Veneto in Bassangeles, as he calls it, is read in the Italian way, Bassano del Grappa. His pop is soft, rich, intelligent. «It mixes the psych world of Verdena and an intelligent pop writing like that of Cremonini» says the artistic director and presenter of Niente di Strano, Carlo Pastore. 6. Post Fog
The psychedelic band that sincerely missed. Not easy, but they pay off the attention they require of those who listen to them well. Canale landscapes is their second album. In their music there are claustrophobic lyrics, acid, lo-fi, loops and ambient sounds (often a TV on). Listen to them well
7. Emma Nolde
A Niente di Strano, to say how credible the very young singer-songwriter is, she performed between two sailors like Samuele Bersani and Francesco Bianconi.
