The reality show “Islands with Mother-in-Law” is about to return for a second season with a new cast. The premiere date, however, has not yet been revealed. Netflix shared this Wednesday (4) a video of presenter Fernanda Souza behind the scenes. See below.
The program takes place on an island, where six families (made up of mothers-in-law, daughters-in-law and sons-in-law) face off in unprecedented competitions and test their limits in search of the final prize of R$500,000. But to do so, they need to overcome the biggest obstacle of all: coming together as a team and putting their differences aside. In total, there are eight episodes.

The first season of “Ilhados com a Sogra” premiered in October 2023 and was a success on Netflix, entering the Top 10 worldwide on the platform in the week of release.
