A video captures the dramatic moments of a terrified little girl is saved near the coast of Wales. The little one had been dragged with her inflatable into the sea.
The girl, believed to be 8 years old, had climbed on the inflatable, which was tied with a rope, held by a relative. But strong winds pushed it inflatable with the child in the sea, away from the shore, on Monday.
“It was very lucky that the crew was in the area for another call. We were on the spot very quickly, “Rhyl Lifeboat Station spokesman Paul Frost told Britain’s Sun.
The video shows members of the Royal National Lifeboat Institute (RNLI) rushing towards the girl, who is screaming that she is scared and wants to go out. “I’m very scared, please help” he shouts.
Shortly afterwards, rescuers pull the crying girl and assure her that she will soon be reunited with her family.
“The inflatable quickly slipped into sea“, According to Frost. “He did the right thing and stayed in it and did not try to swim to shore”, according to him.
“She was crying when we found her. They took her back to shore to her family. She did not need any medical help. “She was just a little upset,” Frost said.
