“I’m still here” actress celebrates Walter Salles’s birthday

The actress Valentina Herszage 27, who interpreted Veroca in “I’m still here celebrated director Walter Salles’s 69th birthday on your social networks this Saturday (12).

“This director has transformed my life and my way of seeing cinema. Valentina told the publication that Salles delivered her DVDs from several films that she thought the actress would like and today these are her favorite works.

“It would be an infinite list of thanks. ‘I’m still here’ was like a lifetime. Live Walter Salles. Live I’m still here,” the tribute concluded.

The film won the Oscar in the best international film category. The feature film had also been nominated for the best film statuette, but lost to “Anora”-the party’s biggest winner with five statuettes.

The film tells the drama of Eunice Paiva, played by Fernanda Torres. She is the wife of the revoked deputy Rubens Paiva (Selton Mello), kidnapped and killed by the military dictatorship in 1971. In fact -based history, Eunice seeks to know the fate of the missing political. The work is inspired by the eponymous book written by Marcelo Rubens Paiva, one of the couple’s sons.
