A box office and critical success, the Brazilian feature film “I’m Still Here” continues to have repercussions even internationally. Last Sunday night, the protagonist actress Fernanda Torres 59, emerged victorious at the awards Golden Globe after being awarded in the category Best Actress in a Drama Film .
The film, which premiered on the big screen on November 7th, remains available in cinemas even after two months of exhibition. Some networks like Cinemark, UCI Cinemas, Cinesystem, Cinepólis and Kinoplex production continues in some regions.

When does “I’m Still Here” come to streaming?
Directed by Walter Salles, the film is an original production by the Globoplay streaming service. In contact with CNN the platform stated that there is still no forecast for its debut in the catalog.
“I’m Still Here” is an adaptation of the book of the same name written by Marcelo Rubens Paiva. The story takes place in the 1970s, during the most intense period of the military dictatorship in Brazil, and follows the trajectory of the Paiva family, made up of Rubens (played by Selton Mello), Eunice (played by Fernanda Torres) and their children.
The family’s life is completely transformed when, on one fateful day, Rubens Paiva is taken by undercover soldiers and disappears without leaving a trace .
