Dan Reynolds 36, lead singer of the band imagine Dragons , promised that the group will perform more shows in Brazil, in addition to the presentation at the Rock in Rio 2024, in September this year . Amid the release of a new album this Friday (28), the singer thanked Brazilian fans for their love.
“I promise we are going to Brazil, we have our tour coming up, we are not just going to play in Rio de Janeiro. We are going to be everywhere,” he said in an interview with Rádio Mix on Thursday (27).
The vocalist also took the opportunity to remind Brazilian listeners to listen to “Loom”, the band’s new album: “I feel very grateful to have been with you all these years. And I hope you listen to our new album, ‘Loom’”.
“The tour show dates will be released soon for all our shows in Brazil”, he informed.
Dan Reynolds also explained the reasons that made him identify with and love Brazil so much. “He is one of my favorite places around the world . They are the kindest people. They are passionate about life, and I am a person like that, passionate. I think I identify. I love Brazil,” she declared.
He also said that he accumulated musical references and that he grew up listening to stories about Brazilians, becoming “obsessed”, since his father lived in Brazil.
