Impatient with the delay of the Los Angeles authorities, the actor Arnold Schwarzenegger decided to cover a street pothole on his own in his hometown of Brentwood.
Through his Twitter account, he published a video stating that, “after the whole neighborhood was upset about this giant hole that has been ruining cars and bikes for weeks, I went out with my team and fixed it myself. I always say, don’t complain, do something about it. Here it is,” said the actor.

Daniel Ketchell, a spokesperson for Schwarzenegger, told the AP that Brentwood residents had already filed several claims for redress after winter storms wreaked havoc on roads in the area.
Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass announced a plan to address “an unprecedented number of damaged streets across the city.” According to officials, since Dec. 30, Los Angeles has received 19,692 service requests for repairs, and as of early April, crews have repaired at least 17,549 holes.
