Students are organizing a gathering in Belgrade on Saturday, June 28, demanding the dismantling of the House and the announcement of early parliamentary elections. Students invite citizens to participate in massively by sending the message that they support their request. Students of all public universities in Serbia since November 2024 have been on the streets demonstrating against corruption and opacity in the state mechanism. The occasion of the mobilizations was the collapse of the concrete cornice at Novi Sant Railway Station that claimed the lives of 16 people. All university schools are excluded, the course deliveries are not performed, nor the exams. Since March 2025, students have also raised political demands demanding early parliamentary elections. They also announced that if the elections are held, they will take part by a ballot paper that will make up personalities without a political past.
