In a year of touring, The Weeknd releases remix of “Die For You” with Ariana Grande

Singer The Weeknd released this Friday (24) a remix of his song “Die For You” with singer Ariana Grande. The original track is featured on his 2016 album Starboy.

In less than 10 hours of release, Die For You (Remix) reached almost 2 million views on YouTube and the second position in the most viewed videos on the platform.

On Tuesday (21), Ariana Grande shared a video on her Instagram profile editing her part in the song and said: “I wrote and recorded a verse for my friend after 14 hours on the set (of filming)… This certain exception had to be done”.

Other duo duets

The duo had already been successful with two other songs: “Love Me Harder”, from the album “My Everything”, by Ariana, and “Save Your Tears”, from the album After Hours, by The Weeknd, which even reached the top of the charts. the first position in the top 10 of Billboard.

In addition to these famous duets, the singers also recorded “Off the Table” together, which is part of the album “Positions”, the most recent of Ariana.

Tour in Brazil

The Weeknd will perform in Brazil in October this year for the second time. There will be a presentation in Rio de Janeiro (7), at the Nilton Santos Stadium, Engenhão, and two in São Paulo (10 and 11), at Allianz Parque.
