The US is holding 30 Mexicans in a immigrant detention center called “Alcatraz with alligators”, and the Mexican government is calling for their return, according to the country’s president, Seinbaum. During a press conference every morning, President Seinbaum stressed that consular assistance was offered to Mexican nationals who were led to the new detention center, built in a Baltland in Florida. He went there repeatedly a Mexican diplomat, he said. “There has been a note (…) requested by the Mexicans who may be transferred to this detention center immediately,” Ms Seinbaum added.
