Minister Luís Roberto Barroso, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), voted, this Thursday (30), from inside the car in judgment on the cancellation of resources intended for the payment of precatories.
Wanted, Minister Barroso said he was in Florianópolis, where he participated in an event about the 40th anniversary of the Attorney General’s Office of the state of Santa Catarina.
He even booked a room at the airport for the session, but there was a traffic jam and the minister had to stop the car he was in. Soon after, Barroso appeared in a room with an image of a propeller behind.
In October 2021, Minister Gilmar Mendes also voted for a trial from inside the car. At the time, the ministers judged the validity of a law that exempted beauty salons from hiring professionals such as hairdressers and manicurists by the CLT.
At the time, the Court’s adviser informed that the minister voted in this way after a delay in a displacement and, in order not to miss a vote, the minister manifested himself by cell phone.
