An aperitif at sunset, in the shade of the centuries-old olive trees in Calopezzati, in front of the Calabrian Ionian coast. for an oil tasting: three of the company’s finest oils Tabata (Blend Selezione Ida, Blend Selezione Cataldo, Monovarietal Dolce di Rossano) combined with three types
of different breads (durum wheat bread, Calabrian pitta, wholemeal loaf). To accompany the tasting, dishes and cocktails designed to enhance the flavor of the oil, one actually made with oil in emulsion, another combined with ginger, an infusion of olive leaves.
Among the finger food dishes there is the vegetable caponata and the eggplant parmigiana (with oil in cooking), the tomato gazpacho (with raw oil). Among the desserts one peach mousse accompanied by Selezione Ida oil. All ingredients at 0 km, often collected directly from the garden. A completely vegetarian menu, which can be vegan and gluten free for those who request it.
