Today, July 6, the Chinese company Human Horizons, which is actively engaged in unmanned driving technologies, officially presented detailed information about its advanced electric car HiPhi Z. The new car, as it turned out, is equipped with a rather impressive 120 kWh battery, which equipped with Cell to Pack technology – it uses coolant to lower the temperature, dissipate heat and prevent fire. At the same time, a car on this battery is able to drive 700 kilometers without recharging, which, although not a record, is very impressive.
The car is also equipped with unique Star-Ring ISD technology, which, thanks to 4066 LEDs, interacts with passengers, the driver and other cars. These are special displays, which are also located on the outside of the body. For example, if the owner approaches the car with the keys in his pocket, a welcome message will appear on the screen, and in the event of a lane change, the same screens will notify other drivers of the maneuver. At the same time, the doors themselves were equipped with a special ISD system and UWB support – the vehicle will determine where the person with the keys (and other passengers) is located in order to open the doors at the right speed and at the right angle.
In the cabin, a potential car owner will find a modern digital instrument panel and a huge touch screen (looks like the side of a spaceship), as well as a HiPhi Bot companion based on artificial intelligence. It can automatically adjust various driving parameters, as well as adjust the climate for passengers and more. Moreover, the car is even equipped with a kind of robotic manipulator arm (similar to a regular automatic transmission selector), which allows you to smoothly adjust the parameters of the car and perform many other functions (apparently, they will be discussed later).
So far, the manufacturer is not ready to announce the release date of the vehicle, but it is already known that $90,000 will be requested for the basic version, while the top version will cost $120,000.
