The company EKTER S.A. informs the investing public that on August 1, 2022 it signed a project execution contract with the General Directorate of Transport Infrastructure / Airport Infrastructure Directorate (D15), with a contract amount of 6,690,440.44 euros plus 17% VAT and a project construction time of 24 months from the signing of the contract.
The object of the project is the expansion, restructuring, repair and improvement of the building facilities of the State Airport of Chios and includes sub-projects 3, 4 and 7 of the deed included in the E.P. YMPERAA with OPS code 5067519:
SUB-PROJECT 3: expansion and improvement projects of the existing airport concerning infrastructure for the provision of aeronautical services, i.e. the part of these works (structural, hydraulic, mechanical, etc.) concerning the configuration of the passenger service areas, the CAA offices , control offices, etc., not including work for areas of commercial use (shops, offices and warehouses of third parties, ticket offices, etc.) and catering uses.
SUBPROJECT 4: It concerns the infrastructure of commercial and catering uses and includes the necessary construction works for the catering and commercial use areas of the airport.
SUBPROJECT 7: In the existing building of the P.E.A. modernization and restoration of finishes and electromechanical installations will be carried out.
