The adventure of auctions for the assets of companies related to the late shipowner Gerasimos Agoudimos continues.
Faced with the electronic hammer are expected to be found on June 8 two properties-fillets in Alimos, which belong to the company of tourism and hotel business Nireus, in which the position of president is held by Anthi-Marina Agoudimou, wife of Captain Maki who left life about four years ago.
Specifically, Intrum Hellas is auctioning off two horizontal properties, which are located in the same building, while the amount for which the seizure was imposed amounts to 300,000 euros.
The auction that shows the highest first bid price concerns a ground floor store which is developed into an apartment building which is built on a plot with a total area of ​​1,651 sq.m., which is located in Kalamaki within the city plan of the municipality of Alimos on Kanari streets , Vas. Georgiou and Aristotelous.
This ground floor store consists of an open space and has an area of ​​250 sq.m. while to this belongs the basement and the lofts around it. The starting price has been set at 805,500 euros.
The second auction concerns a fifth floor apartment in the same building, which has an area of ​​176 sq.m. and goes for sale with a starting price of 410,080 euros.
According to the assessment report, the apartment building is estimated to have been built around 1980, while the external autopsy, which was carried out last summer, found that it is in good maintenance.

Along with the 11 houses, which are developed in a fairly large and rocky area overlooking the sea, two warehouses are for sale.
The most expensive property consists of a two-storey house with a swimming pool, which has been built on a plot of 13,304 sq.m. and follows at a higher starting price level also a two-storey house, which is built on a plot of 8,838 sq.m., which starts at 1.183 million euros.
