After the investigation is completed, materials about the theft of electricity will be transferred to the court. The suspect faces up to five years in prison and a fine of up to 80,000 rubles. In addition, they will be required to compensate for the damage of the energy company.
Earlier, the miner from the Kemerovo region received a fine of 100,000 rubles for mining in the garage. He also compensated the energy company for damage to 4.6 million rubles.
