The second round of Iran’s nuclear program talks between Washington and Tehran, scheduled for Saturday, will eventually take place in Rome and not in Oman, as previously announced, Iranian state television broadcast today. The site of the forthcoming talks has now been shifted twice – from Rome to the Sultanate again in Rome. The Axios news website was the first to mention the last change in the talk of talks. “The second round of negotiations (…) will take place in Rome (and) Oman’s Foreign Ministry will again host discussions,” state television said. The news was confirmed by a spokesman for the Italian Foreign Ministry.
