The Russian company Promobot, which has already become famous for the production of its autonomous service robots, introduced Promobot Nested Chat. This is a conversational artificial intelligence platform that can be built into any gadget with a microphone (to hear a person) and a speaker (to answer). As a demonstration, Promobot filmed a video of a person interacting with artificial intelligence in a refrigerator.
Promobot Nested Chat can be used in a car, for receiving and processing driver commands, in kitchen sets, refrigerators and other household appliances. In the course of work, the solution determines the topic of the appeal, basic and supplementary requests, asks clarifying questions and processes unrecognized ones. It is possible to use both pre-configured templates and create individual solutions.
The developers have prepared an API that allows third-party applications to interact with the smart system. Integration with popular instant messengers (Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp), smart speakers (from Yandex and foreign analogues from Google and Amazon), as well as CRM customer relationship management systems (Bitrix) is already available.
