In the new Volkswagen Taos multimedia system, Russian users have the opportunity to use the built-in VW Play Apps application store. The company has expanded the VW Play Apps suite for this vehicle.
The traffic police fines application became available in the app store. As the manufacturer notes, with this service, the driver has access to detailed information about traffic police fines in real time, which are entered into the system along with a photo from the scene of the violation.
Online check of fines works in all regions of Russia. The function of paying fines from the application with a bank card also becomes available. In addition, the traffic police fines application makes it possible to issue an electronic OSAGO policy online – with the option of comparing prices in 21 insurance companies.
Recall that the Taos model was the first in the Russian line of Volkswagen cars to receive a new multimedia system VW Play based on Android, with a 10-inch display.
