In search of new audience, Netflix launches 3 more mobile games

Netflix added this Tuesday (24) three mobile games to the platform – they are now available for download on Android and iOS devices. Another novelty should arrive on the interface on May 31.

Pastimes include “Dragon Up”, “Moonlighter” and “Townsmen – A Kingdom Rebuilt”, which are downloadable now – and “Exploding Kittens”, which will be available next week.

The games will have no additional cost in the subscription, and to enjoy, the user needs to be logged in to the Netflix account and profile. What’s new is not available on Children’s accounts.

The games will be saved in the chosen profile and then they are stored in the cloud or on the device itself.

The novelty of gaming on the platform arrived for users in late 2021. The news came together as the company faced a sharp slowdown in new customers after years of rapid expansion, a boom fueled by the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 and fierce competition from companies like Disney+ and HBO Max.

With the latest games released in May, Netflix has 22 mobile games available on the streaming service — depending on the availability of each mobile device.
