It is possible to train and follow different courses offered by a team of qualified trainers and coaches, together with Francesca Chillemi. A multidisciplinary experience to recharge the body and mind by involving all the muscles of the body, seven hundred and fifty-two to be precise, hence the name of the project.
We interviewed for our column Fit with the Star the Sicilian actress.
Why did you decide to launch 752 wellstar.with?
“My antennas went straight up when therepeople asked me for advice on social media and so I thought, together with Giorgia, to create a platform that would combine physical and mental wellbeing with the support of professionals I trust. I am an actress and I would not allow myself to dispense advice. I also realized the big gap that exists in the world of platforms dedicated to fitness and diets, many are self-made. I liked the idea of ​​creating something professional. I don’t teach anyone: I put myself at the service of the platform participating in trainings, like an ordinary person ».
Are you aiming for all-round wellbeing?
“I have noticed that people often seek physical perfection. I don’t believe in the concept of perfection, I don’t like massacring myself with exercises to achieve a goal, I prefer to join it sport to good nutrition and mental balance. Extreme workouts lead to other imbalances. 752 wellstar aims at psychophysical well-being ».

«It is a little known discipline that gives good results. The Face Yoga it does not transform like cosmetic surgery, even if I am not against surgery, helps maintain a toned, luminous and relaxed face for as long as possible. It is also useful for us actors because it allows us to have more control over facial expressions. We often aim to have the buttocks of steel and we neglect our face which over time loses tone. What exercises do you prefer?
«I have tried all the disciplines you find on the platform, but I’m not that assiduous. It depends on the periods, the work commitments and I often lose my willpower along the way. I try to find time to work on myself two or three times a week, in the morning and in the evening, doing stretching, yoga, or toning exercises. On the platform we have also created gods 15 minute video that allow you to train different parts of the body. The idea is to dedicate each day to one area of ​​the body ».
Did you take care of your body when you were young?
“I was lazier, from 18 to 26 I was sedentary: I was living on income – he laughs. From the age of 27 I became more steady, I did pilates and a year of speakers, but I had grown squat, I looked like a truck driver. I didn’t like it. I’ve never been a sports freak, now I practice it without exaggerating. At 35 I am quite fit ».

“I accept myself enough, in the past I was acting too much in the gut, I was not very rational and I was losing control of situations. Today I know myself and I know how to manage myself better ».
