The subsidiary of the Ellactor group, Reds, passes the concession contract for the area of ​​345 acres inside the former American Gournes Base in Heraklion, Crete, also known as “Little Greek”.

Today the Group’s subsidiary, Reds together with Dimand submitted improved financial bids through the electronic auction process (e-Auction).

Reds emerged as the highest bidder with a price of 40.2 million euros.

Its investment interest is focused on the development of commercial parks, shopping and entertainment centers, organized residential complexes, exhibition centers, as well as office buildings and mixed uses.
