The forthcoming meeting between the Russian and Ukrainian delegation tomorrow in Constantinople is the most serious indication for many months that something is starting to move – or at least attempted to move – in the frozen diplomatic landscape of the war that is shaking the entire planet by 2022. Turkey and Recep President Tayyip Erdogan reappears dynamically in the spotlight, attempting to capitalize his position as an interlocutor of both warring sides.
