In the world of entrepreneurship, an idea is worthless, says Stéphanie Fleury

THE CNN Our World this Friday (17) she interviewed the businesswoman and founder of the first startup to be sold to a large bank in Latin America, Stéphanie Fleury, to debate the companies of the future.

Of every 10 companies opened in Brazil, half close their doors before reaching the age of five. When we talk about a decade, 70% do not survive.

The data are part of a survey carried out by the IBGE that does not take into account the last two years of the pandemic.

The numbers are also complicated in terms of “staying in jobs”. According to the survey, the average time in a job in Brazil is three years, and 14 months is how much it takes to relocate in the country.

Fleury assessed that the corporate world today demands new priorities such as, for example, diversity, soft skills, new leadership, home office, digital transformation, among others. In addition, she also commented on her trajectory and planning for a good deal.
