The second day of judgment of the Gabriela Anelli case takes place this Tuesday (20) at the Barra Funda Criminal Forum, west of São Paulo.
The 23 -year -old Palmeiras fan died in July 2023 after being hit around his neck by shrapnel of a thin glass bottle during a fight between Palmeiras and Flamengo fans near Allianz Parque.
The defendant, Jonathan Messias Santos da Silva, 35, Flamengo’s fan, has been preemptively arrested since August 2023. This morning, he was questioned and made use of the right not to answer the prosecutor and assistants of prosecution. He answered only to the questions of the judge and his defense lawyers.
