Former Justice Minister and former Attorney General of the Union André Mendonça took office this Thursday afternoon (16th), as Minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF). The ceremony was attended by President Jair Bolsonaro (PL), who appointed Mendonça to the position, the presidents of the Chamber and Senate, and other ministers of the Court.
Promulgation of the PEC of Precatório
The National Congress enacted the second part of the PEC dos Precatórios on Thursday (16). The proposal establishes the payment of the Union’s debts in court and is the main strategy to fund the Auxílio Brasil social program next year.
