This Friday (12), the auction was held at B3, in São Paulo, for the highway concession of the Rodoanel of the Metropolitan Region of Belo Horizonte.
The bidder INC SPA, represented by the brokerage Genial, won the bid by offering a consideration in the amount of R$ 91,144,207.40. This represents a discount of 12.14%. The auction reference value was R$ 103.7 million.
The concession offer was made through the State Secretariat for Infrastructure and Mobility (Seinfra).
The project, which will count on the contribution of R$ 3 billion by the state for its implementation, will be the largest PPP (Public-Private Partnership) in the history of Minas Gerais. In addition to this contribution, the winner of the bid should invest R$ 2 billion.
According to the official note, the purpose of the auction is to select the most advantageous proposal for the preparation of projects, construction, operation and maintenance of the lot for a period of 30 years.
