The Ince Group’s share of the London Stock Exchange fell 28%, as the company stressed that it will announce a reduction in revenue and pre-tax profits for the year 2022, due to a difficult quarter and that the final results for the year 2022 will are lower than expected.
The listed company, which provides legal and professional services, stressed that for the year ended March 31, revenues will be set at 97 million pounds ($ 121.2 million).
The company announced revenue of ,2 100.2 million for the year 2021.
The decline is attributed to factors such as the appearance of Omicron, the impact of the coronavirus in Hong Kong and its offices in China, the war in Ukraine and a cyber-attack at the end of the year, Ince said.
Due to these issues, the company stressed that its final audited results for the year are not likely to be published before September.
