Inconceivable case: A man was abducted and killed to replace the corpse at the funeral

The dead man wanted to be buried and not cremated, so a man from China paid for it with Down syndrome.

Before he died of cancer in 2017, a man from Southeast China told his family he wanted a traditional burial. In some parts of China, however, this is banned.

And so his family paid someone to find one corpse, so that he can be cremated instead of their relative. Unbeknownst to the family, the man they hired killed someone to procure the body.

In September 2020, however, the case was uncovered and the perpetrator, simply named Huang, was sentenced to death for murder.

According to the BBC, despite the fact that the incident took place in 2017, it became known only last week.

Huang killed someone in Guangdong Province to honor the contract with the family. He saw a man with Down Syndrome picking up trash from the street and persuaded him to get into his car. There she gave him alcohol until he fainted.

He then sealed him in a coffin and left him there until he died. He was paid $ 16,300 for the body he brought to the family.

The family cremated this coffin, secretly burying their relative. It took the police more than 2 years to investigate the disappearance of the tragic man.

Relatives have recently been found guilty of fraud, but will not serve a prison sentence.
