Azam region of of India faces one of the worst droughts of recent years with residents getting married frogsso as to gain the help of the Hindu Gods.
According to Alpha’s main news bulletin, a resident of the area stated that “farmers are facing many problems due to drought and for that we arranged for this marriage to take place».
In fact, regarding the process, a resident said that “we dip the frogs into the water one by one and after the ritual we take them to the temple and finally throw them into the river”.
This particular ritual is not unknown in the area, since it has been done again, but not always with good results.
Characteristics, in 2019 they had married another “couple”but after two months they broke it up, because floods came and they thought it was the wrath of the Gods.
