Bombing from India reached a capture structure in the Noseri Dam on the Neelum River, in the Pakistan Cashmire, a Pakistani security source told CNN .
The Noseri Dam was the target of Indian attacks last night, around 2am, local time, damaging the capture floodgates, according to the source.

Neelum is part of the extensive Rio Il system, a vital resource that supports hundreds of millions of people in Pakistan and northern India.

The gap is born in Tibet and flows through China and Caxemira controlled by India before reaching Pakistan.
