Huawei has announced the imminent release in Russia of the updated low-cost notebooks of the MateBook D series.
We are talking about the 15-inch MateBook D 15 and 14-inch MateBook D 14 in three trim levels based on the 11th generation Intel Core processors. The updated models are offered to Russian users at the following prices:
- Huawei MateBook D 15 with Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor, 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB SSD – 74,990 rubles
- Huawei MateBook D 15 with Intel Core i5-10210U processor, 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB SSD – 69,990 rubles
- Huawei MateBook D 14 with Intel Core i5-10210U processor, 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB SSD – 69,990 rubles
From April 28, you can pre-order, and open sales will begin on May 11, 2021. For the first buyers there is a discount of 6 thousand rubles, and when ordering with a deposit – an additional discount of 2 thousand rubles.
Also, among those who have made a preliminary order, there will be a drawing of prizes up to a set of devices in the amount of 190,000 rubles – a MateBook D 15 laptop, a Mate 40 Pro smartphone, a Huawei Display monitor and a Huawei Sound smart speaker.
Laptops received such features as a metal case, narrow frames around the screen, support for Wi-Fi 6 (only in the older MateBook D 15), a fingerprint scanner in the power button, updated Huawei Share and Multi-screen functions that simplify interaction with smartphones on Android based.
In the “Multiscreen” mode, the updated MateBook D supports up to three active mobile applications at the same time, which can be controlled directly from the laptop screen without being distracted by the smartphone.
The 56 Wh battery of the MateBook D 14 is capable of supporting up to 13.2 hours of battery life in 1080P video viewing mode or up to 13 hours in office mode. The battery capacity of the MateBook D 15 is 42 Wh and is capable of providing up to 8 hours of web browsing. The notebooks come with 65W SuperCharge fast chargers that can also charge mobile devices.
