Influencer asks for free food at a restaurant and the response he receives is incredible

It is common for influencers share reviews of clothes, dyes, beauty products and even restaurants, but it must be clarified that most of these are bought by themselves, or provided by specific shops or brands and are not usually obtained free or in exchange for a like O follow, just as the next girl tried to do.

It turns out that a influence, The name of which has not been revealed, asked the AQ Restaurant in Spain to provide him with free food in exchange for a good review of their service and seasoning. What seemed like a perfect plan ended up putting her in check in front of the entire internet, as the restaurant responded in an epic and very polite way to her not very pleasant request.

According to the screenshots and information provided by the restaurant, the girl offered to pay him a visit, eat for free and, later, speak well of the restaurant with her followers to motivate them to attend and enjoy the menu.

However, this was not to the liking of the owner or the employees of the place, who immediately gave an epic response to the failed request. They made it clear that they do not need any publicity, as their dishes, service and quality speak for themselves.

Well, the truth is that we have not advertised in any medium for 14 years.

That you come to eat at our restaurant for free and that you advertise to us does not seem to us to be necessary or positive, it will surely attract more people to ask us for gratitude. In the 16 years of the restaurant, the best critics in the country have passed and they have always given their opinion (well, by the way) what they thought and, of course, paying.

El País, El Mundo, La Vanguardia, El Periódico, Michelin Guide, Campsa Guide, Conde Nast, Cuina Magazine, as well as the most important gastronomy bloggers have passed through here paying.

I don’t want to be rude to you, but in these times, after the global pandemic and having the restaurant closed and with restrictions, coming to ask for free meals seems to me to show a lack of empathy and opportunism on your part.

Go where you want, pay what you get (as we all do) and have your say. What if I came and the food was junk? Your followers deserve a free opinion, don’t you think?

Greetings.

The restaurant’s response managed to put in their place those who tried to eat for free and, incidentally, gave them all the popularity they were not looking for but that they deserved, because at all times their employees remained firm, elegant and assertive.
