The accident
Physiotherapist Fabio Toshiro Kikuda, 42, had just married Bruna Villarinho and both left their bags at the hotel, in Recreio dos Bandeirantes, where they would stay until last Monday (15). Then they would take a honeymoon trip.
After settling in the hotel, they decided to walk on the waterfront. While crossing the way hand in hand, Vitor was run over and died at the scene. The accident was reported by a security camera, and witnesses told police that the car was at high speed and driving dangerously.
After the accident, police found the influencer’s car, but Vitor was not found. The Rio de Janeiro Court has issued an arrest warrant against the driver and since then he is considered a fugitive.
The case is being investigated by the 42nd DP (Recreio dos Bandeirantes) that continues to listen to witnesses. The Civil Police already know that the influencer was accompanied by five women. In testimony, they denied that Vitor consumed alcohol and said the accident happened after an overtaking.
