This issue was raised during the testimony of Adam Mosseri, head of Instagram, in the US Senate in the case of the negative impact of the social network on the younger generation. There, Mosseri said that he supports the idea of reviving the timeline, which will move away from manipulation by Instagram algorithms. And the company, according to him, is already working on the implementation of the original distribution tape.

The original tape is due to launch in the first quarter of 2022, but it will most likely not be presented in the default option format.
