Intel has revealed new details about upcoming products, at the same time showing their images.

The picture below shows the Alder Lake consumer processor and the Sapphire Rapids server CPUs. These products will be manufactured using 10nm technology, which is now called Intel 7. Alder Lake will be released later this year, and Sapphire Rapids – early next.

The Meteor Lake processors will be the company’s first 7nm solutions, although this process technology is now called Intel 4. The image shows such a CPU with a graphics core numbering 192 execution units. For comparison, in current Intel CPUs, top-end GPUs have 96 blocks. Meteor Lake processors will be present in various market segments, as indicated by the TDP spread: from 5 to 125 watts. In addition, they will use Foveros 3D layout technology. Such CPUs should be expected in 2023.

The Granite Rapids processors for the server segment seem to include two dies with 60 cores each, meaning the flagship CPUs will be 120 cores. It is unclear when such processors will come out, but no earlier than 2023.
