Intel presented 35-watt Tiger Lake-H35 processors for laptops at CES 2021, and now the company is preparing to release a more powerful CPU – Tiger Lake-H45, 45-watt. According to the latest data, there will be four models in the series, and three of them are eight-core!

Intel Core i9-11980HK is called the flagship – it can overclock to 5 GHz with two active cores. True, at the same time, its TDP will almost certainly go beyond 45 watts. Other eight-core series are Core i9-11900H and Core i7-11800H. They also support multithreading, so the difference between these three models is in frequencies. Well, the base model of the line will be the i5-11400H – six-core, and also with support for multithreading.
All Tiger Lake-H45s are credited with support for 20 PCIe 4.0, Thunderbolt 4, and Wi-Fi 6 / 6E. The official premiere of new products is expected until the end of March, and ready-made devices based on them will go on sale in the second quarter of this year.
