Intel has announced that its powerful Comet Lake-H mobile processors (still widely used in gaming laptops and mobile workstations) are coming to an end. The traditional formal reason for abandoning these CPUs is a shift of interest towards other CPUs. And they mean Intel Core 11. However, Intel Core 12 (Alder Lake-H) is on the way. They should be presented in January, and the finished devices on the Alder Lake-H baj should be on sale in the first quarter of next year.
Reportedly, the Core i5-10200H, i5-10300H, i5-10500H, i7-10750H, i7-10870H and i9-10980HK will be available to order from Intel partners until April 1, 2022. The last shipment date is set for August 30th. The Core i5-10400H, i7-10850H, i7-10875H, i9-10885H, Xeon W-10855M, and Xeon W-10885M will be available to order until July 1, with the last shipment date for these CPUs on January 27, 2023.
