The Ordinary General Assembly of Interlife was held on Friday, June 17, 2022 at 17:00. In it, the President of the General Meeting informed the General Meeting that the profits of the corporate year 01/01/2021 – 31/12/2021 after taxes amounted to the amount of 14,462,917.31 euros.
Subsequently, according to the relevant announcement of the company, the Chairman of the General Meeting informed the General Meeting that according to a unanimous decision of the Board of Directors of the Company it was decided to propose to the General Meeting the distribution of dividend for the corporate year 01/01/2021 – 31/12/2021 amounting to 0.12 euros / share, ie a total amount of 2,217,212.28 euros, after the deduction of the own shares which currently amount to 91,143. Also, the Chairman of the General Meeting informed that the Board of Directors decided to propose to the General Meeting the formation of the statutory regular reserve amounting to 770,641.80 euros.
Wednesday 06 July 2022 was proposed as the dividend cut-off date, Thursday 7 July 2022 was proposed as the dividend beneficiary identification date (RecordDate) and Tuesday 12 July 2022 was proposed as the dividend payment start date.
Finally, it was proposed to give the Board of Directors the authority to regulate all procedural issues for the implementation of the decision, including the choice of the paying Bank. For the relevant issues, a relevant announcement will follow on the website of the Company as well as on the websites of the Athens Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
A vote was taken and the General Meeting unanimously: (a) approved the above mentioned corporate profit distribution 01/01/2021 – 31/12/2021, (b) approved the dates of dividend cut, identification of dividend beneficiaries and commencement of dividend payment proposed by the Board of Directors, (c) gave the relevant authorization to the Board of Directors in accordance with the above.
