The consolidated Earnings before Taxes, Financial, Investment Results and Depreciation (EBITDA) of the Group amounted to 1,391,156 Euros during the third quarter of 2021 and 4,555,737 Euros for the period 01.01.2021 – 30.09.2021 against 933,975 Euros and 1,771 Euros. 841 Euros during the respective periods of the fiscal year 2020..
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization for the period 01.01.2021 – 30.09.2021 amounted to 16.37% for the company and 16.28% for the group, compared to 8.59% for the company and 8.43% for the group during the corresponding period of 2020.
A similar picture was presented by the consolidated Earnings before Taxes and Interest (EBIT), which amounted to 1,244,924 Euros, during the third quarter 2021 and 4,084,812 Euros for the period 01.01.2021 – 30.09.2021 against 614,831 Euros, and Profits 1,128,104 Euros during the respective periods of the fiscal year 2020.
The borrowing of the Group at 30the September 2021, amounted to 31,123,123.87 Euros while 31the December 2020, the corresponding amount of loans was 30,677,338.54 Euros.
The cash of the Group on September 30, 2021, amounted to 1,118,708.54 Euros, compared to 1,334,034.67 Euros on December 31, 2020.
The capital structure of the group until the third quarter of 2021 remains unchanged.
The costly inflation trends in the economy combined with the global COVID-19 pandemic developments maintain a climate of uncertainty in the business environment. The significant burden of energy costs due to the global energy crisis is expected to have an upward effect on commodity prices and variable costs in general. The management of the Group estimates from the data so far that the above developments will not affect in the short term to a significant degree and there will be no significant change in the financial data of the company and the group.
