Following observations of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission pursuant to its letter of 19.01.2022, the Management of the INTRACAT Group of TECHNICAL AND ENERGY WORKS, re-audited the fair value of the financial assets 31/12/2020.
During the re-audit process, as the company states in a relevant announcement, a more conservative scenario of the basic assumptions was adopted, resulting in a decrease in the value of the financial assets held by the Group on 31.12.2020, by 4 million euros.
This event results in the following changes in the items of the financial statements of the Group and the Company for the year 2020 (01.01-31.12.2020) as well as for the interim period of 01.01-30.06.2021:
There is no other change in the size of the Financial Position and the size of the Total Income Statement of the Group and the Company.
The above changes occur based on the provisions of IAS. 8 and will be recorded in detail during the preparation of the Annual Financial Statements of the Group of 31/12/2021.
