Intrakat: In advanced negotiations with two banks for financing up to 120 million euros

Intrakat Management announced that in the context of further strengthening of its capital structure for the execution of its investment plan, it is in advanced negotiations for financing of its subsidiaries, with the total amount of up to 120 million euros jointly and equally from the National Bank. of Greece SA and Piraeus Bank SA (Organizing Banks), having signed the relevant basic indicative terms and conditions thereof, the implementation of which is subject to the usual conditions for financing of a similar nature.

As mentioned in the relevant announcement, the product of the financing will be used for the construction and operation of RES stations, including four mature wind farms with a capacity of 100 MW, as well as for the participation and implementation of PPP projects. It is noted that the company with the completion of the construction of the above four mature licensing projects, expects an increase in its consolidated operating profits at EBITDA level of over 14 million euros per year, on a recurring basis, while increasing its production capacity.

The finalization of the above financing in combination with the successful completion of the share capital increase of the company that is in progress, aims to strengthen the capital structure and expand its capital base, in order to smoothly continue its potential and extroverted investment. infrastructure construction projects, environment & technology projects, RES and PPP projects, as well as the development of targeted Real estate projects, placing the Company at the forefront of developments.
