(C) According to the notifications of 22.02.2022 of the Company ADAMAS GROUP LIMITED and Mr. Dimitrios Koutras, ADAMAS GROUP LIMITED, whose sole shareholder is Mr. Dimitrios Koutras, acquired 405,178 new shares of the Company, exercising the right to Increase.
