The Group’s EBITDA amounted to losses of € -3.1 million against profits of € 375 thousand and EBIT to losses of € -6.76 million against losses of € -2.5 million in the corresponding period of 2020.
Especially for the third quarter of 2021, the Group’s sales amounted to € 53.3 million compared to € 40.6 million in the corresponding period of 2020, EBITDA to profits of € 2.66 million against losses of € -2.36 million and EBIT at a profit of € 1.47 million against losses of € -3.19 million in the corresponding quarter of 2020.
The bank lending of the Group on 30.09.2021 amounted to € 103 million compared to 88.3 million on 31.12.2020. The above loan includes a bank loan of € 25.8 million which has been taken to finance investments, namely € 21.4 million in Wind Energy and € 4.4 million in Real Estate.
The Group’s equity amounted to € 57 million. The effect of the absorption of GAIA ANEMOS SA, which ended on 29.07.2021, in the Group’s equity amounted to € 17 million.
The new works contracts signed by the Group in the first nine months of 2021 amount to € 194 million.
