The announced on 02.09.2022 the start of the sponsorship cooperation of the Company with PAE ASTERAS TRIPOLIS is part of the wider framework of the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility which with consistency and responsibility towards society as a whole has been applied by the Company for a number of years and in this case in the promotion of sports ideals . This specific action does not have any significant impact on the Company. It is pointed out that similar actions of the Company, which had no significant impact on the Company, have been made public in the past.
Therefore, the said announced sponsorship cooperation does not constitute privileged information within the meaning of article 7 of the Law on Law (EU) 596/2014 and the provisions of article 27 par. 8 of Law 4443/2016.
